New urbanization in Estepona
A developer has begun with these works in the northern part of Nueva Atalaya, in some plots located to the east of Estepona near Cortes neighborhood. This new urbanization has an extension of more than 10,000 square meters.
The works will allow to execute a number of roads that will connect areas in the nearby that are already built. Also it will boost high quality residential tourism with the construction of a residential development that is already in full commercialization.
The first phase of this residential project in this area consists of 40 apartments and luxury penthouses.
