Platinum Estates investment group has purchased 170,000 square meters of land in the area of Marbella East for the construction of a complex that will include a 5-star hotel and more than100 villas that would be managed by the hotel.
The land is located in first line beach and has 600 meters of beach front.
The resort that also would include a beach club and a commercial area will be managed by an international luxury hotel chain of prestige.
This is the sixth operation this investor group has made in Spain having recently invested also in Madrid and Barcelona.
With this transaction this investor group is clearly banking on this destination which is good news for the tourism and the economy of the area.
