Malaga Airport passengers increase
Malaga Airport: More than two million passengers in August, a rise of nearly 14,5%
Malaga airport continues to grow even in the month of the higher volume of travelers. During August there has been nearly two million passengers. The data, provided by Aena, has estimated 1,952,510 travelers who have been in the airport, highlighting the pull of the international market and the dynamism of the national market as well. 1,689,400 travelers moved to or from a foreign city, a 13.6% increase, while 255,527 opted for national connections, a 3.9% more. UK still remains in first position with 676,690 passengers, followed by Germany with 155,987.
